Consultation

$149/consult

This is a personalized session designed to evaluate both the player and their current environment, with the goal of creating a clear, effective development plan.

The consultation may begin by watching the athlete play with their current team—either live or on film. This allows the trainer to see how the player moves, communicates, and makes decisions in real game situations. Attention is given to positioning, effort, shot selection, defensive habits, and how the player fits within the team.

Next, a one-on-one skill assessment is conducted on the court. The trainer evaluates fundamentals such as shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, finishing, defensive stance, and conditioning. This portion often includes guided drills to identify strengths, weaknesses, and any inefficiencies in technique.

One on One Training

$99/hour

A one-on-one basketball training session is a focused, individualized workout designed around the athlete’s specific needs, goals, and skill level.

The trainer works closely with the athlete to develop targeted skills. This can include shooting mechanics, ball-handling under pressure, footwork, finishing at the rim, defensive technique, or position-specific skills. Drills are adjusted in real time based on performance, with immediate feedback and corrections to reinforce proper habits.

Game-like intensity is emphasized throughout the workout. The trainer may incorporate decision-making drills, live reads, or situational scenarios to help translate skills from practice to competition. Conditioning is often built into the drills to simulate game fatigue and maintain a high level of effort.

The session ends with a recap, where key takeaways are reviewed, and focus areas for future sessions are discussed.

Group Training

$49/person/hour

Group basketball training is a structured workout environment where multiple athletes train together while still receiving quality instruction and skill development. These sessions are designed to build individual skills, basketball IQ, and competitiveness within a team-oriented setting.

Skill development is the core of the session. Athletes work through stations or organized drills that focus on fundamentals such as shooting, ball handling, passing, footwork, and defense.

Competition is a key element of group training. Situational drills and challenges are used to encourage effort, accountability, and mental toughness. Athletes learn to apply skills under pressure, make quick decisions, and adapt to different playing styles.

Group training also emphasizes communication, spacing, and teamwork. Players gain experience reading the floor, supporting teammates, and competing in a realistic game-like environment while still developing confidence in their own abilities.

Sessions typically conclude with conditioning, a competitive finisher, or a brief team discussion to reinforce key lessons.
